Lymphatic massage

Lymphatic massage – lymphatic drainage is a form of pressure-based massage that stimulates the circulation of lymph and intracellular fluids in the body. It is especially recommended as a part of lymphatic edema, as well as lymph and cellulitis accumulation treatments. It boosts metabolism, increases the efficiency of lymphatic system, and speeds up the process of toxin removal.
Lymphatic drainage (lymphatic massage) is a treatment oriented towards improving lymph circulation and based on pushing the accumulated lymph in the direction of lymph nodes.
A series of such massages is advised.
Drainage is performed especially in the case of lymph accumulation and edema occurrence – thanks to its execution, it is possible to stimulate fresh arterial blood to flow through the veins, which in turn improves the functioning of the immune system and speeds up toxin removal.
