IS THIS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU?
It’s not just about skills.
It’s your approach that counts.
We are looking for cheerful, kind individuals who are open to others. We value personal refinement, empathy, responsibility, and the ability to foster a calm, welcoming atmosphere. A well-groomed appearance, personal hygiene, and a neat, professional look are also essential.
Who we invite to collaborate with us ＋
We work with clients of all genders — women, men, and couples. Anyone joining the team must be prepared to work with each of these groups. It is not possible to select clients based on gender or personal preferences regarding whom you wish to work with.
A communicative level of English is required: you need to be able to converse easily with clients, understand their needs, discuss boundaries, and explain how a session unfolds.
We are looking for individuals who are conscious of working with energy, possess strong listening skills, learn quickly, and work well within a team. Experience in Lomi Lomi, classical massage, or oriental spa treatments is an asset.
What the daily work looks like ＋
The studio operates from Monday to Sunday. We expect full availability and flexibility; the manager sets the schedule in advance, with two days off per week.
Cleanliness, the atmosphere of the space, personal commitment, and an openness to the therapeutic dimension of the work are essential. Each team member is featured on our website with a photograph.
Training and development — clear terms ＋
Holistic and tantric training is provided free of charge, contingent upon a one-year commitment to working with us. Should the collaboration end earlier, the cost of the training must be reimbursed.
The nature of our sessions ＋
The nature of tantric massage involves working with the nudity of the client and partial nudity of the practitioner. During the sessions, the intimate areas of the massage therapist remain covered.
We expect those joining our team to consciously accept this form of work, and to possess both maturity and a comfortable relationship with their own bodies. Every session is conducted with respect for the boundaries, dignity, and privacy of all participants, while maintaining a professional nature in the relationship. We do not provide erotic services.
