Complaints and voucher terms
Voucher terms
- Your voucher is valid for three months from purchase. The exact expiry date is printed on the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry. An extension is available for an additional fee and must be agreed with the studio before the expiry date. Details are available in your customer account after registering on our website.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not subject to voluntary refunds. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal, complaint rights or any other rights provided by law.
- For online purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may send your notice to biuro@studiodewi.pl. Statutory exceptions apply only where provided by law.
Deposit (zadatek under Polish law) — booking and settlement terms
The deposit forms part of the price of your selected massage. It is deducted from the price when the service is provided. Pay the remaining balance in one cash payment at the studio.
Arrange and confirm your appointment with the studio by phone. Payment alone does not reserve a date or time. You receive a payment confirmation with a Z reference, rather than a gift voucher PDF.
Request a change to your confirmed appointment at least 24 hours before the session. Once the studio agrees to a new appointment, your deposit transfers to that booking.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or non-attendance: if the client is responsible for the failure to perform the contract, the studio may withdraw from the contract and retain the deposit under Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code. This also applies, for example, to cancellation 2 hours before the appointment. Giving notice of cancellation does not in itself entitle the client to a deposit refund. Each case is assessed taking account of the reason for cancellation and statutory consumer rights.
If the studio is responsible for the failure to perform the contract, you may withdraw and claim twice the deposit. If both parties agree to end the contract, or neither party or both parties are responsible, the deposit is returned in the amount paid.
These terms do not restrict statutory distance-contract withdrawal rights, complaints or other consumer rights. To change your appointment or discuss settlement, contact +48 573 317 666 or biuro@studiodewi.pl.

§ 4. Time limit for submitting complaints
Complaints regarding massage services must be submitted no later than 7 days from the date the service was performed. This administrative time limit does not shorten the statutory periods for pursuing claims.

For service vouchers where the service has been fully performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply.
For vouchers covering personal services (such as massages) that have already commenced—with the express consent of the consumer (or an entrepreneur treated as a consumer)—before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
The rights mentioned above apply exclusively to consumers and entrepreneurs treated as consumers. Entrepreneurs making purchases in the course of their professional business activity do not have the right to withdraw from the contract.
§ 11. Terms of Use for Vouchers
Vouchers entitle the holder to use massage services at Studio Dewi, up to a specified scope or monetary value.
The standard validity period for a voucher is 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified (e.g., in the case of special occasion vouchers).
Once its validity period has expired, a voucher becomes void—it can neither be used nor extended, unless otherwise agreed upon on an individual basis prior to the expiration date.
A voucher may be transferred to another person, provided that the recipient meets the requirements for the service (e.g., has no medical contraindications).
To book a service using a voucher, you must contact us in advance (by phone, email, or via our booking system) and provide the voucher number.
