Voucher terms
- Your voucher is valid for three months from purchase. The exact expiry date is printed on the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry. An extension is available for an additional fee and must be agreed with the studio before the expiry date. Details are available in your customer account after registering on our website.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not subject to voluntary refunds. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal, complaint rights or any other rights provided by law.
- For online purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may send your notice to biuro@studiodewi.pl. Statutory exceptions apply only where provided by law.
Deposit (zadatek under Polish law) — booking and settlement terms
The deposit forms part of the price of your selected massage. It is deducted from the price when the service is provided. Pay the remaining balance in one cash payment at the studio.
Arrange and confirm your appointment with the studio by phone. Payment alone does not reserve a date or time. You receive a payment confirmation with a Z reference, rather than a gift voucher PDF.
Request a change to your confirmed appointment at least 24 hours before the session. Once the studio agrees to a new appointment, your deposit transfers to that booking.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or non-attendance: if the client is responsible for the failure to perform the contract, the studio may withdraw from the contract and retain the deposit under Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code. This also applies, for example, to cancellation 2 hours before the appointment. Giving notice of cancellation does not in itself entitle the client to a deposit refund. Each case is assessed taking account of the reason for cancellation and statutory consumer rights.
If the studio is responsible for the failure to perform the contract, you may withdraw and claim twice the deposit. If both parties agree to end the contract, or neither party or both parties are responsible, the deposit is returned in the amount paid.

I. General Provisions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the website studiodewi.pl, owned by Milena Mysera "DEWI," with its registered office at ul. Aleja Zygmunta Krasińskiego 24A, 30-101 Kraków, Tax ID (NIP): 7282619983, Statistical ID (REGON): 360764218.
By using the website, you agree to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
Users of the website are required to comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
Studio Dewi does not offer any services other than massages.
II. Definitions
Website – the online service available at the address studiodewi.pl.
User – a natural or legal person using the Website.
Services – all content, services, and products offered via the Website.
III. Scope of Services
Studio Dewi provides information regarding massage services on the website studiodewi.pl.
Individuals using the services of Studio Dewi must be at least 18 years of age.
Massage appointments must be booked by phone for a specific date and time. Clients are required to notify the staff if they are going to be late for their session.
The grace period for late arrivals without prior notification is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes (without any communication to the studio), the client may be refused service, or their appointment may be cancelled.
The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse to perform a massage if: the client is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances,
the client has a skin condition or an infectious disease,
the client’s behavior is inappropriate for the context of the massage.
A massage session may be terminated early if the client behaves inappropriately. In such a case, the client is required to pay the full cost of the massage.
A massage session lasts 50–60 minutes, including time for the use of a shower.
Clients have the right to cancel an appointment no later than one day before the scheduled session. A client who cancels an appointment twice will no longer be permitted to make future bookings.
Non-attendance without cancellation is settled under the accepted booking terms. The deposit terms below apply; no additional automatic 80% charge is imposed.
Individuals calling from private (hidden) numbers are requested to provide a contact phone number.
A client who fails to arrive for a scheduled session without notice for a second consecutive time will be placed on a blacklist and will no longer be served.
Payment for a massage may be made either before or after the service is provided.
The use of any recording equipment by clients during a massage is strictly prohibited.
Women who are menstruating are not permitted to receive a massage at our studio; please book your appointment for a time after your period has ended. IV No Refunds and Voucher Redemption Policy: Individuals who have purchased a voucher at full price or paid for a service in cash are not entitled to a refund if: a) the session did not meet their subjective ideas or expectations regarding a tantric massage; b) they did not enjoy the massage; c) they did not experience an orgasm or had expected one to occur (an orgasm is not the goal of a tantric session); d) they chose to discontinue the service while it was in progress; or e) the service was terminated due to a violation of the Studio Dewi terms and conditions. This provision does not limit statutory rights of withdrawal, the right to file a complaint, or any other consumer rights.
Tantric massage is a practice involving conscious work with the body, breath, and energy; it is not an erotic service. The failure to meet a client’s personal expectations does not constitute grounds for a complaint or a refund.
Terminating a session, regardless of the stage it has reached, does not entitle the client to a refund of the fee, either in whole or in part. This provision does not limit any statutory rights of withdrawal, the right to file a complaint, or any other consumer rights.
Request a change or cancellation of a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours before the session. The deposit terms explain the consequences of non-performance and settlement. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Book with Jakub by paying a deposit for your selected session or buying a fully paid voucher. Confirm your appointment by phone. Request changes at least 24 hours before your confirmed session; any new appointment must be agreed with the studio. The deposit terms explain cancellation and settlement. Jakub travels from another city, so please notify us of changes in advance.
V. Terms and Conditions for Voucher Redemption
Voucher Validity: A voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher expires and can no longer be redeemed. Please ensure you redeem it within the specified timeframe to avoid losing the opportunity to use the service.
Deposits are settled under the deposit terms in these regulations. Fully paid vouchers are subject to the voucher terms. Statutory withdrawal, complaint and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
Service exchange: It is possible to exchange a massage for another massage available in our offer, provided the value corresponds to the purchase price of the original voucher.
Extending voucher validity: A voucher’s validity may only be extended while it is still valid (i.e., before it expires). The fees for an extension are as follows: 100 PLN to extend the voucher’s validity by 1 month,
200 PLN to extend the voucher’s validity by 2 months.
Conditions for extension: An extension is possible exclusively during the original validity period of the voucher.
VI. Personal Data Protection
The owner of the website studiodewi.pl acts as the data controller for users' personal data.
Users' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

VII. Copyright
All content, graphics, audiovisual materials, and trademarks featured on the Website are protected by copyright.
Copying, distributing, or using any images or content from the Website without the prior consent of the Website owner is prohibited. Failure to comply with this provision may result in legal liability.
VIII. Liability
The Website owner makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on the Website is up-to-date and accurate.
The Website owner shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website, including loss of data or service interruptions.
The Website may contain links to external websites. The Website owner is not responsible for the content published on such external websites.
