The Good Morning Tantra massage takes place on a mattress designed to ensure comfort for both the person giving the massage and the person receiving it. During the session, the person receiving the massage is nude—a practice rooted in the traditions of this type of massage, which in ancient times was performed in this manner as a way to honor ancient deities, as well as the vital life force and natural state of being. The massage is never forced; it unfolds based on natural desires and the body’s own openness to the experience. If the recipient is not ready to open up, the practitioner accepts this state with full understanding and complete acceptance, viewing it as entirely natural. In the "Good Morning Tantra" massage, the *lingam* or *yoni* area is massaged only once, toward the end of the session, and only at the client’s request.
