About this massage
Vikāsa — A Tantric Ritual of Blossoming
In Sanskrit, *Vikāsa* means blossoming, unfolding, awakening.
Perhaps you wake up in the morning and, for a brief moment—before you’ve fully come to—you sense a vague stirring. Maybe you feel as though you are in a place that no longer belongs to you, and you ask yourself, "What am I doing here?" It is as if your body knows something that your mind cannot yet name. You sense that something is coming to an end, or that something which has long been dormant is now beginning to stir. This could be a shift in a relationship, in your work, or in how you perceive yourself when you look in the mirror. Perhaps you have a sense that the roles you’ve worn for years no longer belong to you—even if you don’t yet know what to replace them with.
Vikāsa is a ceremony created precisely for this moment.
What is Vikāsa?
It is a ritual of transformation—guided by the spirit of Tantra—that supports change, allowing it to take root, grow, and blossom.
Vikāsa is not a massage in the traditional sense. Nor is it therapy or a healing session. It is a ceremonial space—carefully crafted, safe, and vibrant. There is no need to have ready-made answers, and no expectations regarding how you should look, react, or feel.
The session is conducted with full presence; it is an invitation to breathe consciously and observe your own natural rhythm.
What might you experience?
Every Vikāsa session is unique, just as every woman is unique. Your experience might be quiet and deep, like water—or it might be full of movement, the release of your voice, and energy seeking an outlet.
A session may include:
Guided meditation and breathwork. Before the body can open up, it needs a signal that it is safe. Meditation helps you shift from the level of thinking to the level of feeling and awareness—reaching that layer where a true connection with yourself begins. Breath allows you to shift your attention to your inner space and distribute energy.
Elements of dance: These help set your body and energy in motion, allowing you to let go of shame and self-judgment.
Voice work: The voice is one of the most powerful tools for releasing what has become stuck. A sigh, a sound, a cry, a hum, or a word—all these allow you to reconnect with the outside world.
A space for integration and silence: Flourishing requires time to take root. Closing a session is just as important as opening it—it is the moment when an experience becomes grounded in the body, so that you may carry it with you into your daily life.
Who is this ceremony for?
Vikāsa is for women who:
feel that something is ripening within them—a change, a new chapter—even if they cannot yet put an exact name to it.
are going through a period of transformation: in their personal life, career, relationships, or sense of identity.
need a space that does not demand readiness or "getting it right."
wish to feel their body more deeply.
are looking for an experience that goes beyond a standard "massage" and touches upon deeper layers.
No prior experience with tantric massage, meditation, or bodywork is necessary. All that is required is a sense of readiness—and a touch of curiosity about what might unfold.
Who leads the ceremony?
The session is led by Jakub, who is also its creator.
He works with the body through the lens of Tantric massage, integrating mindful touch, breathwork, and conscious awareness. He possesses extensive experience in one-on-one work with women, men, and couples. He does not follow a rigid framework; instead, he prioritizes connection, presence, and an attentive awareness of whatever arises. He creates a safe space where you can simply be yourself—free from pressure or judgment—while remaining deeply attuned to your personal boundaries, the pace of the session, and the needs of your body. He continuously expands his expertise through courses and workshops on Tantric bodywork and is currently undergoing training in intention-based constellation work and the facilitation of men’s circles. He also receives professional therapeutic supervision.
